The candidate agreement covers a range of aspects of the CELTA course. Here is section 5, which covers course work.
5 course work
candidates must read and sign the TLC IH Baden plagiarism statement
candidates must also read and sign the TLC IH Baden copyright and acknowledgment of sources statement
assignments must be submitted on the days due (“submission date”)
once an assignment has been submitted, that version and its text are definitive and constitute the version and text that will be assessed – this also applies to resubmissions. Assignments once submitted cannot be revised.
an extension to a deadline must be agreed at least seven days in advance with the tutor to whom the assignment is to be submitted
assignments that fail to meet the submission date (without an agreed extension) will be given the same resubmission date as any first submissions requiring resubmission. This will count as the second submission: if it fails to meet the required standard when submitted, there can be no resubmission and it will therefore fail.
assignments must be sent by e-mail in Word format (or any other recognised WP format, such as Pages). Assignments should not be submitted in pdf format.
two hard copies of each assignment must also be submitted
two hard copies of the signed cover sheets must be submitted
candidates must read CELTA 5, complete CELTA 5 where required, and also sign and date pages of CELTA 5 where required.
